Transformative Fitness for Ages 50+

ABOUT US

Longevity Bloomington is an adult fitness class designed for people aged 50 years and older. The goal of the class is to provide participants with functional exercises that are designed to maintain a high quality of life and ongoing independence.

The class is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy that will take into account your injury and medical history to design a safe and effective program to reach your goals. The class is open to any adult aged 50 and older who wants to participate in a safe and inclusive environment. No exercise experience is required.

Functional Fitness Group Class

The classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30.. We also have a 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays. The class will last 45 minutes-1 hour

Yoga

The yoga class meets at 2:00 PM on Wednesdays & Fridays and is open to any adult 50 years or older. No prior yoga experience is required. Contact me if you are interested in joining the class.
